Orders & shipping

Straight answers
How fast do orders ship?

Most orders packed in Bend leave within one business day — often the same day if you order before 1pm PT. Full rates and delivery windows live on the shipping page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $75 to the Lower 48, figured on your subtotal before tax. Under $75 it's a flat $6.

Will I get tracking?

Every order gets a tracking number emailed the moment the label prints, so you can watch it walk to your door.

Do you ship outside the Lower 48?

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery runs a little longer — see the shipping table for windows.

Returns & warranty

No hassle
What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery for a refund or swap on unthrown, unused gear in original condition. Full details are on the returns page.

How do refunds work?

Once your return scans back with the carrier, refunds post to your original payment within 3–5 business days.

Are the field manuals refundable?

Because the ebooks deliver instantly as a digital download, they're non-refundable — but every physical piece is covered by the 30-day window.

What if something arrives defective?

Bags, carts and baskets carry their maker's warranty against defects. Email [email protected] and we'll assess it within two business days and sort it with the manufacturer.

How do I pick the right disc weight?

Slower arms and headwind-shy throwers do well with lighter plastic; power throwers and windy days call for max weight. The size guide breaks it down by disc type.

What does disc stability mean?

It's which way a disc wants to turn in flight — understable turns right, overstable fades left, stable holds straight. Beginners usually start straight-to-understable. Full chart is in the size guide.

Which bag should I start with?

A backpack bag like the Voyager carries a full round's quiver; a tournament bag or cart hauls everything for all-day events. Capacities are laid out in the size guide.

Are your discs PDGA approved?

The discs and baskets we stock are PDGA-approved for sanctioned play, so what you practice with is what you can compete with.

From the trail
Do the supplements really help recovery?

Our trail fuel and recovery blends are made in a GMP-registered, lab-tested facility. Plenty of our crew throw four rounds a week and swear by them, but they're a supplement, not a miracle — pair them with rest and water.

Is your gear built for wooded courses?

That's exactly where we test it. Bend's tight, tree-lined fairways are our proving ground, so the bags, baskets and plastic we carry are picked to survive real woods play.

Still have a question?

Reach the crew any time at [email protected] or through the contact page — we usually answer within a day, between rounds.
